long long ago, before the dawn of
history, when the peoples of the world were few and had to follow the
migratory herds so that they could hunt for food to feed themselves and
skins to wear, it became nescesary for them to invent a system of
communication. Slowly, noises made with the throat and mouth evolved
into sounds that could be interpreted as individual words, and language
was born.now it became possible for thoughts and ideas that one person
had within the brain, to be communicated to another. then as now some
story behind the name

the ancients told many tales to explain the mysteries of the
world they inhabited, the "shamans" of the ancient world had to appear
all knowing in order to maintain their powerbase. many of these tales
are still in existance. although in greatly altered form. each time a
new religion appeared, the priests who preached the dogma altered old
stories, either to try and destroy older beliefs, or to prove their
own. Every religion has done so, but none more than christianity, most
people now know for instance that christmas is the pagan festival of

why do people fear intelligence, what is it about intelligent people
that makes others want to attack, for many years i was chairman of
governors at a local high school, there were of course many instances
of bullying, no matter how hard the staff tried to stamp it out it
always started up again, and in many instances the victim was a pupil
who was of high intelligence, they would be "swot" or "teachers pet" or
"show off", "know all" in several cases verbal bullying turned to
physical assault, all this, of course, leads to the victim hiding
